Support, from model to size.
For information on shoes, sizes or a procedure, contact SADE support. Include the product code so we can identify the model quickly.
How to contact us
Email: info@artecsrl.eu. Phone: +39 080 5355155. WhatsApp: +39 342 9478634.
These contacts belong to the operational service shared with Artec. Please specify that your enquiry concerns Safety Shoes Lab.
Sizes and features
Available sizes are shown on each product page. If you have questions about fit, tell us the model, your usual size and any requirements: we will check the available information for that shoe.
Compare the safety class and protection features with your work requirements. Do not choose by appearance alone.
Orders, returns and exchanges
For order-related enquiries, include the order code and relevant item. For returns or size exchanges, wait for support instructions before sending the parcel.
The catalogue is currently a preview: checkout does not accept purchases and no payment details are requested.
